Preferred Lender-Waterstone Mortgage
Hello my name is Robert Millay, I have a son, Spencer who was born in 1997 and a daughter, Olivia who was born in 2001. I am a Wisconsin resident and we have lived in the Fox Valley since 1993. I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family.
I originally started in the mortgage business in 1998, with Norwest Bank and then moved into a Branch managers roll with Countrywide Homes loans in 1999. It’s been my philosophy to take the time to get to know someone, listen to their concerns, and do what is in their best interests. I have been known to steer my clients to competition if there is a product that work better for them. I have had that attitude since kindergarten and developed strong friendships that are still intact to this day…

Waterstone Mortgage Corporation
Pam Beattie has worn many hats during her career in the mortgage industry: Processor, closer, underwriter, shipper and funder. Each position gave Pam a fresh and unique perspective on the business. Pam uses her vast industry knowledge and combines it with her determination to get the best rates, terms and programs for her clients. Plenty of lenders offer mortgages but simply getting a mortgage isn’t good enough for Pam. It will not take long to realize the difference between someone who is content to simply “get you a mortgage” and someone like Pam who believes in providing the service, the value and the convenience her clients deserve. She works very hard to earn the trust and confidence of both her clients and referral partners.
Pam’s goal is to consult with and educate her clients and she takes her responsibilities very seriously. She makes sure her clients completely understand and are comfortable with their options. Pam will make sure to find the right product for each unique need!
Pam has spent her mortgage career here in the Fox Valley area. She is married with two children and enjoys spending time volunteering at school and church.
